The % management fee will cover the day-to-day running of your listing and the cleaning fee
- which the guest pays via the listing - will cover both cleaning and laundry.
Some hosts would like services that go beyond standard Airbnb management and we’re happy to help
with those tasks as well. Please see the breakdown of both routine and incidental (available on
request or during emergencies) costs below with some example tasks:

Routine costs:

Example of Airsorted absorbed case: If a guest forgets to leave keys in lockbox upon check-out, Airsorted will absorb the cost of couriering keys out and will reclaim the cost from the guest or Airbnb through the Resolution Centre

Example of Host absorbed case: If WiFi is not working and the guest has to use BT Openzone (etc), Airsorted would refund this cost to the guest via the Resolution Centre and it would be deducted from future Airbnb host payouts
